Clear terms. No surprises.

1. Who we are

Ashflick (“we”, “the studio”) is the freelance video-editing studio of Ashir Khan, based in Islamabad, Pakistan, operating at www.ashflick.com. By creating an account, placing an order or sending a message you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You may order as a guest or create an account with your e-mail, Google or Facebook. An account lets you track progress, message the studio and download deliveries.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised.
• You must be at least 18, or ordering on behalf of a business that authorised you.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, spam or unlawful content.

3. Orders and quotes

• Each service lists packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) with a price, delivery time and included revisions, or offers a custom quote. Package details on the service page at the time of ordering form part of your order.
• A custom quote is a fixed offer for the scope described in your brief. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
• An order is confirmed when payment is received and the studio confirms it in your order page. Delivery times count from confirmation and from receiving all footage, references and information needed.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all footage, music, images and other material you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

4. Payments

• Prices are in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only; your card or PayPal account converts at its own rate.
• Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal balance or debit/credit card). We never see or store your card details.
• Unpaid orders that are not confirmed are removed automatically after three days.
• Payment processor fees, bank charges and any taxes that apply in your country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise in a quote.

5. Delivery, revisions and approval

• Deliveries are provided as downloadable files in your order page or by a secure link (for example Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer).
• Each package includes a number of revision rounds. A revision adjusts the existing edit (timing, music, text, colour, selections). Changing the concept, adding new footage or extending the runtime is new work and may be quoted separately.
• Please review a delivery within 7 days and either request a revision or approve it. If we hear nothing within 14 days of delivery, the order is treated as approved so that it can be closed.
• Approval unlocks your receipt. Source project files are provided only when listed in your package or quote.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel before work starts for a full refund of the amount paid.
• Once work has started, refunds are proportional to the work completed, at the studio’s reasonable assessment. Delivered work that matches the brief and package is not refundable, but revisions included in your package remain available.
• If we cannot complete an order for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for the unfinished part.
• Refunds are returned through the original payment method.

7. Ownership and portfolio use

• You keep all rights to the material you send us. On full payment, you receive the rights to the finished edit for the uses described in your order.
• The studio keeps the right to show the finished work (or short excerpts) in its portfolio and social media, unless you tell us in writing before delivery that the project is confidential.
• Stock music, fonts and effects used under licence stay subject to their own licences.

8. Messages, files and acceptable use

• Order messages and uploaded files are private between you and the studio. Do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data.
• Attachments are limited to 25 MB per file and to the file types listed when uploading; larger material is shared by link.
• Do not upload or request work containing illegal, hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit material, or material you have no right to use.

9. Liability

We deliver professional work with care, but we cannot guarantee a specific commercial result (views, sales, awards). To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any clause is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
